The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It had 24hr surveillance in the parking lot. The breakfast had a variety of options, including chilaquiles and eggs. The coffee was great.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to cleanliness. I had a great stay at Sleep Inn Mazatlan.

We loved the friendly staff and their willingness to accommodate our needs. They even switched our room when we found it dirty. The hotel also provided a peaceful environment for a few hours of sleep after our late-night adventures.

The thin walls made it easy to hear other guests, which was a bit bothersome. However, overall, we felt really welcomed and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us.
